Serbian-born Roksanda Ilincic has emerged as a major force in the London fashion industry. After graduating in architecture and applied arts in Belgrade, she went on to complete a master’s degree in women’s ready-to-wear at Central Saint Martins. Over ten years ago, she founded the Roksanda label. With a distinctive aesthetic, the designer celebrates women and challenges beauty standards.
Her creations stand out for their vivid colours, architectural shapes and modern cuts, underlining her commitment to craftsmanship. Her inspirations draw both from her childhood in Serbia, reflected in bold colours and oversized sleeves, and from the influences of modern and contemporary art, illustrated by prints.

An active member of the artistic community, Roksanda Ilincic has collaborated with prestigious organisations and exhibited her creations at renowned institutions such as the Victoria & Albert Museum. Recognised with numerous awards, including Designer of the Year at the Fashion Awards, she is also listed in the Business of Fashion 500.
More recently, the designer has collaborated with Barbour to fuse avant-garde design with the values of heritage, quality and technical expertise. This union between the two brands has resulted in a collection that is both modern and forward-looking, transcending boundaries. Together, they capture the highest essence of creativity and affirmation.
Roksanda’s vision of charm, purity and elegance has won over such notable personalities as Samantha Cameron, Marina Abramovic and the Duchess of Cambridge. Adding a distinct sophistication to London’s red carpets. Roksanda Ilincic has successfully fused art and fashion, creating a lasting legacy in the world of couture.
