Since 2010, the event has presented the work of talented photographers in the heart of the Saint-Germain-des-Prés district. This year, once again, galleries, museums, bookstores, and cultural centers of the sixth arrondissement of Paris will gather the pictures of photographers of yesterday and today who question us and our world. On the program? Conferences, projections and meetings will animate this event for the pleasure of amateurs and enthusiasts alike.
The Amélie gallery, Maison d’art, present at PhotoSaintGermain
This new edition unveils the exhibition “Tours, Détours,” imagined by the contemporary art gallery Amélie, Maison d’art. The works of 6 photographers will be presented: Thomas Dhellemmes, Amélie Chassary, François Kenesi, Maxime Fardeau, Charlotte Bovy, and Alice Quaresma. Similar to a poetic stroll, the singular pictures of these six talents reveal a parallel universe in which the dream is there. Sort of travel diaries, cut, pasted, painted, or assembled, everything becomes a pretext to take the viewer to the heart of an almost chimerical journey.
