Sixty-nine rooms, four restaurants, two pools and a spa… It’s an understatement to say that the Maybourne group has seen things through for this new address, with a breath-taking view of the Mediterranean, which will gradually open its doors from November 2021. The building was created by Jean-Michel Wilmotte, but the interior design is by Pierre Yovanovitch and BOS Studio, inspired by the region’s artistic history. On the kitchen side, three-starred chef Mauro Colagreco is responsible for two venues: a gourmet restaurant, Ceto, and a Mediterranean brasserie, Riviera.
