In search of meaning and passionate about Greek culture, Israeli restaurateur Zviki Eshet and his wife Anat opened this 8-room boutique hotel last summer on the Cyclades island closest to Athens and one of the most preserved in the archipelago. They have associated their two sons, Yoni, for the operational part of the project, and Uriel, a Michelin-starred chef, to manage the kitchen and the farm. In this healthy and soothing setting, an ode to slow tourism, they offer with Anat, the therapist, one-week retreats with multiple experiences, some of them original: yoga (vinyasa, kundalini, yin yoga…), meditation, and dance are the basis of the programs. Hypnotherapy, therapeutic breathing, healing mandalas, sharing circles under the stars, but also outdoor activities such as kayaking or hiking through the fields, are complementary.
