Japanese style wrap

A new hype spot where all the little Parisians are hustling, Doki Doki is both a healthy snack and a Japanese tradition that won’t leave us hungry! A concept set up by Romain Taieb – already in charge of the delicious Piaf and Bambini – and Thomas Moreau, who came especially from New York to give life to this sushi-bar like no other. It’s in an organic and mineral interior designed by Rodolphe Albert (who designed the restaurant Shabour) that you can sit down at this long counter to taste (on the go or not) these famous hand rolls. The miracle recipe: a sheet of crispy nori seaweed, warm and vinegar-coated Japanese rice, juxtaposed with a fish tartar of your choice (salmon, tuna, lobster, and even scallops) with, to toast, sake, wine or Japanese whiskies. As for the sweet note, it is the pastry chef Agathe Bernard, specialized in Japanese desserts, who takes the bow each evening with a selection of delicious mochi. A must try!
