LOST LINDENBERG THE NEW ADDRESS FOR SURF ENTHUSIASTS

LINDENBERG, a young hotel group based in Frankfurt, is making a foray into Bali, with a new address for surf enthusiasts, far from the hustle and bustle of tourism.

Pekutatan. Bali.

After strolling along a coastline dotted with palm trees and raging waves, visitors head up a quiet road lined with temples and frangipani trees. This leads to an astonishing wall of neon signs, where a small, discreet door hides. Behind it lies a generous jungle. All you have to do is sneak along the narrow path to discover LOST LINDENBERG, a new address that aims to be the opposite of Bali’s “gaudy mass tourism”.

The objective? Surf the waves at sunrise against a backdrop of immaculate black lava sand, enjoy peace and quiet in dedicated communal areas, or practice yoga under the pergola, but also enjoy bonfires on the beach, taste coconuts in the turquoise pool, or relax with an aromatic massage at the spa.

Finally, in the evening, sumptuous vegan dinners are on offer.

The Lindenberg Group’s first establishment in Indonesia, this hotel, with its eight treetop cabana rooms, aims to instil the island’s original magic.
