BAO is located in the heart of London’s Soho District. A modern-day icon, the Taiwanese label unveils for the first time a hundred recipes to be discovered in their first book published by Phaidon.
Written by the label’s founders, Erchan Chang and sibling duo Shing Tat and Wai Ting Chung, the BAO book is a compendium of beautiful gastronomic photography, but also a story of their adventure that began in 2013.
