TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE
(1) All tickets ordered through the Galerie Joseph website are valid for the date indicated above. It gives you priority access to the exhibition, but is not a queue-breaker (waiting time may be longer depending on attendance).
(2) Once the order is complete, you will receive a confirmation email with a ticket number. This ticket can be printed out or presented on your smartphone on the day of your visit. Tickets purchased online cannot be collected at the museum.
(3) As it is not possible to order a ticket online on the day of the show, please buy your ticket directly on site.
(4) Reduced-rate ticket holders will be asked to produce valid proof of entitlement when they are admitted to the gallery.
(5) No tickets will be taken back or exchanged.
