General Terms and Conditions of Sale
(1) Any ticket ordered through the Galerie Joseph website is valid for the date indicated on it. It allows you access to the exhibition of priority but it does not constitute a skip-the-line option (a waiting time is possible depending on the number of people).
(2) Once your order is complete, you will receive a confirmation email with an entry number. This ticket must be printed or shown on your smartphone on the day of your visit. Tickets purchased online cannot be collected at the museum.
(3) It is not possible to order a ticket online on the same day, we thank you for purchasing the ticket directly on site.
(4) For those eligible for a reduced rate, a valid proof of eligibility will be required at the gallery access control.
(5) No tickets will be refunded or exchanged.
