As a Sales Representative at Galerie Joseph, you will play a key role in developing our business and showcasing our exceptional spaces located in the heart of the Marais district. A true ambassador for our premium venues, you will be responsible for prospecting, managing clients, and optimizing occupancy rates in our galleries, showrooms, and event spaces.
As part of a passionate and dynamic team, you will actively participate in the growth of the company and the satisfaction of our clients from the fashion, design, art, luxury and retail sectors.

Job Description :
As a Sales Assistant Intern at Galerie Joseph, you will join a dynamic team specializing in the management of showrooms, galleries, and event spaces in the heart of Paris. Your role will involve supporting the sales department in client follow-up, event coordination, and the operational management of the spaces.
This internship will allow you to develop solid skills in sales management, customer relations, event planning and communication, within a structure recognized for its expertise and exceptional venues.
Main missions :
* Calendar management and booking tracking
* Monitoring of customer requests (brands, agencies, events)
* Participation in marketing and communication campaigns
* Preparation of sales proposals and reporting
* Customer reception and administrative tasks
Required profile :
* Student in business, marketing, communication or event management
* Organised, independent and motivated
* Fluency in English is essential
* Interest in fashion, art, design or event planning
