The great design festival of the Atlantic has been rich in history and the flower of the set. A guard of four galleries and a designer who attracted our attention during this final edition.

Kengo Kuma per Aman Interiors
The Migumi collection, born from the collaboration between Kengo Kuma and Aman Interiors, is the idea to capture “the essence and interaction of the light of the floor and the wood”. The seat, but also the table, provides a structure in wood inspired by the Japanese design of Kigumi. With this technology and various elements that come together in combination with each other, you should appreciate all the details in the wood that are glued and that support the faults of any interruzioni, so they are very rich or otherwise. Unendo the tradition of manufacturing with a contemporary and experimental approach, Migumi is the realization of the art of Higashikawa and it serves as a daily reminder of our deep knowledge with our ambient environment.

Joyce Lin per R and Company
Another permanent visit to Design Miami at the R and Company gallery was to present the most interesting American curiosity Joyce Lin, “Exploded Chair”. In program, a media, composed of transparent plastic contents, contains various elements in wood necessary for the construction of a traditional media. Parti scollegate tra loro che si muovono when the sedia comes spostata. A pezzo sconcertante.
