A closer look at this boutique hotel with its discreet charm, home to OMA, Ji-Hye Park's restaurant.
Located near the Avenue des Champs-Élysées, the Château des Fleurs hotel was designed by Quintana Partners, a Barcelona-based architecture firm founded in 2015. Following the Relais Christine and the Saint James Paris, the Château des Fleurs joins a collection of hotels distinguished by their understated chic and French-style tailor-made service.
The establishment has 37 rooms, a bar-restaurant, a gym and a spa, designed as living spaces for travelers passing through or Parisians looking for a new address to simply have lunch, dinner, a drink or play tourist.

At the heart of the hotel lies Ji-Hye Park's OMA restaurant, where guests can enjoy comforting and authentic dishes. Having arrived in France nearly twenty-five years ago, this chef of Korean origin developed a passion for the cuisine she learned from her father, inspiring her to share her knowledge and create dishes with love. Her culinary identity is thus full of authenticity and generosity. She began as a private chef before developing her own restaurant, OMA. Charmed by her vibrant style, the Château des Fleurs hotel invited her to take the helm of its kitchen, offering us dishes inspired by her childhood.

Here, you can savor a few signature dishes, such as the Mulhué, an assortment of raw fish and small vegetables served in a chilled broth. We began with the salmon with four citrus fruits, garnished with pink peppercorns, crunchy walnuts, and spring onions. The peppercorns provide a tangy and colorful touch that contrasts beautifully with the salmon. Then came our main courses: beef chuck roast with Oma rice and a soft-boiled egg, cooked to perfection in terms of flavor, and beef tataki, melting in the mouth, with a surprising sucrine sauce. For dessert, a lemon tart, a classic revisited with a Thai basil sauce, offering a perfect balance of sweetness and freshness.
Authentic dishes that transport you to Asia in a warm and elegant setting, bathed in light, featuring wood, marble, brass, and Murano glass. Noble materials coexist with vintage pieces, creating a space that is both comfortable and authentic.
An address to discover without delay.
