AZ Factory is partnering with Jenny Hytönen for its January couture project. After winning the Première Vision Grand Jury Prize and the Audience Award at the Hyères Festival in 2022, the Finnish fashion designer, based in Paris, will be at the helm of the creative direction. For one season, the young and talented designer will create unique pieces in collaboration with a team of professionals.
Known for their elaborate and sensual structures, Jenny Hytönen's creations are crafted using traditional artisanal techniques. Knitwear and leather are combined with experimental technologies to create looks inspired by human nature, the body, and its somatosensory sensitivity.
With its commitment to supporting emerging talent, AZ Factory fosters a dialogue between tradition and the new generation of creatives. The company is dedicated to guiding them, providing a team of professionals who will support them throughout the design and production processes in the workshop. Furthermore, AZ Factory offers these young designers visibility in the international and institutional press, as well as marketing and communications support.
Jenny Hytönen's collection in collaboration with AZ Factory will be unveiled during the next Paris Couture Week in January 2024.
