Launched in 2013 by Martin Vegas, ImageNation aims to highlight photographic works of the contemporary new wave. The art and photography festival will take place at the Palais Joseph on 10, 11 and 12 November 2023 in the City of Light: Paris. This year, the exhibition will be held in conjunction with Paris photo. ImageNation returns with a new edition showcasing talented, award-winning artists from around the world.
The event explores the many ways of interpreting the world around us, with works that engage with, touch or shock audiences.
Since 2016, ImageNation has been exhibiting in Paris, Venice, Los Angeles, New York and Milan.

Here is a sneak preview of talents to be discovered with a selection of 4 photographers whose works have caught our eye.
Poyenchen
Poyenchen’s world is surreal and offbeat. Each photograph has a touch of humour, colour and the avant-garde.

Eylül Ezik
Bubbles, depth, head-spinning spheres. The Turkish photographer takes us into a phantasmagorical world where rounded shapes take centre stage.

Anna Muller
This artist uses two techniques: collage and photography, and the result is an explosive mix of colour, geometric shapes and allegorical forms in her marvellous world.

Craig Whitehead
Each photograph hides several stories in the same shot, and often the background shows a completely different reality from the scene in the foreground. Sometimes we almost get the impression that Big Brother is watching us. His art is at once poetic, political and moving.
