At the crossroads of luxury hospitality, design, eco-responsibility and innovation, the Kisawa Sanctuary was built partly from 3D prints, to better integrate into the landscape, between dunes and forest.

The same goes for the furnishings. The result: 22 bungalows resembling thatched huts with impeccable aesthetics, built with sand and seawater mortar, decorated with local handicrafts, and each with a private pool. They offer direct access to the white sand beach, the starting point for memorable dives and whale-watching excursions.

This ambitious project, on the island of Benguerra, 14 km off the mainland, was initiated by Nina Flohr, a businesswoman and… princess, inspired by Jean Prouvé and his vision of African modernism. The resort, deeply involved in the life of the neighboring village, funds an oceanographic research center on site, which she also established.

An idyllic location, between beauty and discovery.
