Spain – Quesa
Balzar Architects has designed a superb family home located in Quesa, a city in the province of Valencia, in Spain. Color terracotta, the Casa de los Olivos is a fusion of ambient and architecture, my home too, the kitchen is legata to the territory, founded by the community.

I am the owner, originally from Barcellona, whose circumstances have been affected by various conditions during my childhood. “L'appezzamento funge da collegamento tra l'urbano y il rural”, spiega lo studio spagnolo. “This is the final forest of the city's construction”. A veranda, typical of Mediterranean culture, protects così from the heat of the Occidente and funges from the tramite across the interior and the esterno.

A terrace with a swimming pool that extends over the olive trees and offers a spectacular view from the bottom. When you grow up, you will be able to eat it and eat it inside. When you keep the camera on the back, with the appropriate documents and bags, it is collected all this time due to your privacy. The water is present also in the external swimming pool, in a semi-circular shape, and internally with hydromassage, which is amply veterate. Proprio comes i materiali e le texture, tra marmi esotici, travertino iraniano, ottone e falegnameria verde oliva. La Casa de los Olivos completes its innovation with the metallic structure of its construction, inspired by the “Balloon Frame”, diffused by a negligent unit, and by its passive design for a low energy production.
