Updated tradition
"I trained as a saucier and I am an instinctive cook. I taste the great classics, but I don't want to worry. I live on a platter, I don't remember what the client wants.
The chef centered himself in the corral aves, the fish and the charcuterie casera.
“See a Rungis variety of foods and dishes to discover, taste and share… The proven guides on my menus”.
To take, the house offers alcachofas pepper of Bretaña, accompanied by a jugo of cebolla and asado mushrooms, or colmenillas rellenas of carne de ave and amarillo wine. As for the main dishes, you are probably settled by the quenelle with salsa de pollo, que va bien con foie gras, espárragos verdes and vino amarillo, ou un Saint-Pierre a la parrilla, guisantes, muserón de prado and caldo de pescado con leche de almendras… And to finish with brooch of gold, the posts are imagined instinctively and prepared with mastery, al igual as the platos.
If you have a unique gastronomic experience, Dawn es sin duda el lugar ideal.
