France – Paris
Le Cann is a studio, a style, a dialogue, and a universe imagined by the duo of designers and interior architects: Raphaëlle Robert and Guillaume Fantin. But it is also the search for a balance between pure lines, light, and texture to create minimalist, warm, and elegant interiors. A duo to follow closely!

Born from a meeting at the École Bleue in Paris, this passion for pure lines led the duo to start designing residences, boutiques, and hotels in order to lay the foundations of a style. A shared universe that Raphaëlle and Guillaume have developed over the years and to the rhythm of the seasons with a DNA that they never cease to nourish and evolve through collaborations in furniture and design.

Their quest is a search for balance based on a timeless simplicity that is their own, creating a dialogue between different artistic mediums and eras to bring relief and emotion to their achievements. Their creations give harmony, but especially a soul, to the places while creating a contrast between the materials, the vintage notes and the volumes highlighted by the play of light. In addition, we must not forget to mention the art of detailing made possible by the craftsmanship, an important step in their creative process.

“We always work with a very minimalist envelope, designed along symmetrical axes, a legacy of my time at Joseph Dirand,” explains Guillaume Fantin.
“Then, it is interesting to privilege the play of volumes rather than partitions and half partitions in order to give functions to a voluntarily open space,” adds Raphaëlle Robert.

But it is especially from the desires of the owners, the places, and the space that Raphaëlle and Guillaume create. They play on a sobriety energized by references borrowed from the history of architecture, design, plastic arts, and audiovisuals, and make the arts and eras emerge and converge in one place.
