Ben Fourmi is a young French photographer who grew up in Châteauroux. Today, he shares his universe on social networks and in magazines, offering his community and readers a modern, bright, humorous, and colorful vision of the fashion industry.

When he was younger, the artist lived for a few years in New Caledonia and on Reunion Island where he attended art school. These places also allowed him to awaken his curiosity, to meet inspiring people and new cultures. Places that are dear to him and where he developed his inspiration, which he still uses today to develop his art.

Over the years, he has refined his eye and broadened his horizons to offer a vision of the world of fashion by playing with clothes, poses, and looks. As soon as his fingers land on the camera, he regains the comfort that this small box can provide him by developing a visual language mixing the complexity of life, beauty, strangeness, belonging, movement, and the body.

Now represented by Denise Agency, Ben Fourmi is a creative and positive artist who manages, in a single photograph, to tell a story and convey messages. From his conceptual shots and his colorful universe, he creates an emotion and a feeling that will provoke, make people react, and awaken consciences through photographs far from reality.

Juggling between editorials, the artist shares his vision with Sacrebleu! a magazine for which he is art director. He plays with fashion as well as still life, beauty, and perfume, between fashion photography and contemporary art. A work infused with power and eternal joy underlined by his current mantra: “I’m not an angry fashion, I have fun to step back and make people dream.”
