A LEBANESE RESTAURANT DONDE LA TRADICIÓN SE ONE A MODERNIDAD

Kubri It's the fruit of the association of three Franco-Lebanese women who love gastronomy and the desire to discover Parisians.

On our way to the Cirque d'Hiver, we encountered 108 rue Amelot, a new design space imagined by Mayfrid and Ingrid Chehlaoui. The space unfolds longitudinally, covered with green tiles and red tiles, before llegar to a kitchen decorated with rattan chairs. As such, Kubri maintains a warm and welcoming environment.

Empezamos descubriendo los sabores de la casa con mezze, (platos for compartments) where we shelter and leave with “ Halloumi Kataif“, enrollado en pasta fina apodada “cabello de ángel” empapado en honey picante, relleno de queso.

As an accompaniment, we will pay attention to “ Samké Harra“, a carbonero to melt, served on a terracotta platter, with a spicy tomato salsa, spices and cilantro to darle a frescura toque.

We can rise from the table before we prepare the posts prepared by Beirut chef Rita Higgins. Our new election takes place Nammoura Almond Lemon“, a pastel suntuoso with lemon and honey flavors. Una delicia.
