Everything comes from the desperation of the five feelings and the history of a passion for chocolate. A desire to be able to come in all parts and all hours, subrayed by the sensoriality to nourish the body and the mind. A precise gesture from the collection, the mix and the tasting. A poetic sound, when the golden platter is at the bottom of our backs, guided by the heart of the heart of Paris with a vase that lleva las iniciales S and N, by Sandra and Nicolas, with the head of this born love in the heart of Paris, it is a unique chocolate taller-boutique!

Welcome to the factory Plaq, an exceptional place where the traceability and durability is in the heart of the craft process that goes directly to the heart and to the jar. The grains, rare and very aromatic, are carefully selected in the exploitation of human taste, the primary objective is to obtain materials of high quality and ethical origin. After fermentation and drying, the grains are transported by boat before ending their trip by truck to Paris. Be sure that the grains are taken to the door, and are selected manually to reveal an authentic, natural and raw flavor, free from artifice and tradition.

Continuation, thanks to an authentic mastery, the chocolate maker/reposter will play with the stations to take the maximum part in the primal material. Once you have obtained the homogeneous pasta, the chocolate is elaborated and transformed into dishes, pastels, cakes, tartas, cremas para untar and bebidas, but be careful, because the menu is different on the last day of the week.
