Dante : Direction Paradise

Nestled at 14 rue de Paradis in Paris, chef Rebecca Beaufour guides us like Dante Alighieri, not through the underworld but through pleasures and desires in a multi-cultural inspired atmosphere. The decoration has been thought as a Mediterranean house: open kitchen, bay window, white and ochre tones. A convivial place where we discover large tables for our family evenings or more intimate tables where we taste plates of the sea and the earth. On the menu, you can enjoy ravioli of prawns, lobster, sweetbreads sautéed, squash, caramel Granny Smith Espelette pepper, or lobster flame, juice press creme, cheese plates and Caramelia pie … enough to make us salivate. A graduate of the Ferrandi School in Paris, she has worked in such establishments as Le Grand Véfour, L’Arpège and the Ritz, and is now surprising us with the opening of her first restaurant.
