PAJARO REBELDE, THE SOUL OF SEVILLE

Sophie and Olivier Dahan may be Parisians by birth, but with Pájaro Rebelde, they have become true Sevillians and invite their guests to be Sevillians as well, during a stay in the “casa patio.” A house from the 19th century, found by chance, then completely renovated and sublimated.

Before them, six generations of the same family have lived in this Arab-Andalusian-style house located in the heart of the historic center, near the tapas bars and the most beautiful churches.

Today, the house owes its cachet to its veranda patio, its garden planted with orange trees, and its luxurious lounges and quiet terraces. Sophie herself has taken charge of the decoration, playing with alcoves and ironwork, stained-glass windows, and moldings, daring to use color and wallpaper with eighteenth-century tropical motifs in the seven rooms.
