In the heart of the 4th arrondissement of Paris nestles Baobar, a restaurant imagined by the MAMAHUHU group. From the architecture of its interior and the design furniture which composes it, it is a Taiwan reinvented that is drawn on the walls of this unusual place. 

Its uniqueness? An open kitchen equipped with a binchotan barbecue, offering an enticing culinary spectacle. 

Specialized in Gua Bao, small steamed buns filled with all kinds of ingredients, this place invites you to discover the Asian culinary universe from a new angle, both modern and passionate.

Orchestrated by the chef, Joelle Karam, each bao is decorated with products from a local and responsible production, like the monkfish of the Fish Bao, fished in Brittany.
