Cooking has always been synonymous with rhythm, sensations, and scents. In Aix en Provence, the Gallifet restaurant offers, until October 2, dishes from local cuisine selected from farmers, fishermen, and artisans of the region.

Each lunch menu changes according to the harvest, the season, and the market. In the evening, a fixed five-course menu allows diners to sample a weekly selection of different dishes created by Chef Preston Miller. 

The Gallifet’s tables are located not far from the hotel’s art center, where over the past ten years, the place has seen many renowned artists, such as Jannis Kounellis, Mario Merz, François Arnal, Combo, Arnaud Lapierre, and Nan Goldin. With a dish or a glass of wine from the region, you can currently discover the exhibition Nouvelles Alliances available until October 2, 2022, which will echo gastronomy, science, literature, cinema, and artistic encounters. Perfect to awaken our taste buds and our creative genius.
