Launched in June 2021, Iconic House is a hybrid proposition, halfway between luxury hotels and seasonal rentals. Its two founders, Thibaud Elziere and his brother, Robin Michel, have the desire to collect a whole series of exceptional villas for rent, to seduce a demanding clientele who, instead of a luxurious hotel setting, prefer the tranquility of a private home.

Iconic House has also worked in Baux de Provence with “L’Étoile des Baux,” designed by Joséphine Fossey. The result? A delicious evocation of the myth of the artist’s house, like Takis in Athens, Jorge Pardo in Mexico, or Jean Cocteau and the Villa Santo Sospir in Saint-Jean-Cap-Ferrat.
