After four years of work, Mirwart Castle opened its doors in August 2021, thanks to architect and entrepreneur John Eyers. Charmed by this ancient medieval fortress, hidden in the lush forest of Saint-Hubert (Wallonia), the owner imagined a tourist complex to bring it back to life. The result is a completely renovated residence that houses a hotel, a gourmet restaurant, and a wellness area. The interior, which retains its original decor and structure, is dressed in modernity thanks to a refined decoration, punctuated with historical and contemporary pieces created by designers such as Gio Ponti and Patricia Urquiola.
