Il Palazzo Experimental, a colorful Venetian stay

Since May, Venice has been living to the rhythm of the new edition of the Biennale. A cultural and artistic effervescence that must be experienced throughout your Venetian journey and that the Palazzo Experimental transmits in every respect. It is in a Venetian palace, in the Dorsoduro district, that the Experimental hotel group set down its roots in 2019. Between calm and tourist vibrancy, the hotel is distinguished not only by its discreet façade but an interior decoration that pays homage to Italy. A design by French architect Dorothée Meilichzon, who was inspired by the Venetian style and infused it with a contemporary look, punctuating the spaces with warm colors, terrazzo and brass with pieces by iconic Italian designers.

An authentic journey that continues at the table, in the Adriatica restaurant. Chef Attilio Franzoi, who has worked at Dilia in Paris, offers a cuisine marked by the Adriatic region. From traditional cichetti to spaghetti alla vongole, the Italian chef reworks local and seasonal products with a modern vision to subtly reveal new flavors.

There is only one step from the glass to the plate. The cocktail bar designed by Italian architect Cristina Celestino calls for relaxation after a day spent in Venice. A tribute to the famous Venetian architect Carlo Scarpa, the interior invites you to sip creative cocktails in a cozy atmosphere where velvet, Murano mirrors, and the traditional Marmorino plaster reign harmoniously. Il Palazzo Experimental is a journey through the Serenissima.
