Discover the Repossi boutique on Place Vendôme

Nestled at 6, Place Vendôme, the haute joaillerie house opened in 1986, the year Gaia Repossi was born. In 2016, the artistic director decided to rethink the boutique as a unique piece of jewelry. She entrusted the design to Rem Koolhaas and OMA. As with her creations, Gaia Repossi breaks with traditional jewelry codes. The 90m2 flagship store is divided into three spaces: the street side, the gallery and the lounge. The first floor offers an initial immersion into the store. The second floor, similar to an art gallery, displays the Italian brand's precious jewels, mainly in gold, diamonds and emeralds. The basement is an intimate space, offering personalized service to customers. Each room in the boutique is composed of singular and unconventional materials, like the creations of Gaia Repossi. Colorful mirrors were imagined by Dutch designer Sabine Marcelis, and the staircase was clad in aluminum. Movement being the key word of the project, the first floor wall was designed as a gigantic rotating display panel with three facets: a bronze-colored mirror, a classic mirror and a display system designed in collaboration with Goppion. The almost futuristic space makes visitors lose all sense of time, allowing Repossi jewels to sparkle freely.
