In the south of Sweden, here is a place out of the ordinary… and out of time! Stedsans is the playground of two Danish chefs, Mette Helbæk and Flemming Schiøtt Hansen, who used to run a restaurant of the same name in Copenhagen, in the heart of the ØsterGro district. New life, new setting: it is now in the middle of seven hectares of forest, on the shores of Lake Halla, that the couple invites their guests to reconnect with nature, for dinner and a night in their camp. Almost all the ingredients are local, the plants being harvested or picked in their own gardens or in the surrounding forest.
