In southern Sweden, you'll find a truly unique and timeless place! Stedsans is the playground of two Danish chefs, Mette Helbæk and Flemming Schiøtt Hansen, who previously ran a restaurant of the same name in Copenhagen's ØsterGro district. A new life, a new setting: now nestled in 7 hectares of forest on the shores of Lake Halla, the couple invites guests to reconnect with nature for dinner and an overnight stay in their campsite. Almost all the ingredients used are locally sourced, with produce harvested or gathered from their own gardens or the surrounding forest.
