The Pierre Corthay boutique-workshop, located near the Place de la Madeleine, was designed by the firm NeM/Niney and Marca architects. The designer aspired to "make shoes that are far more desirable." Indeed, he needed a space that reflected his handcrafted, bespoke creations. He wanted to combine traditional and contemporary styles. The woodwork of the corporate shop It has remained untouched since the building's construction, and it forms the basis for the furniture and colorful built-in niches that echo Pierre Corthay's designs. Duck-egg blue and orange sofas, along with yellow rugs adorned with graphic patterns, add dynamism to the space's classic feel. The result is a warm boutique-workshop, perfect for slipping on a pair of Pierre Corthay shoes and feeling completely at ease.
