Lamia’s Fish Market: dive into this unusual restaurant

Twenty thousand leagues under New York. That’s the idea behind the amazing Lamia’s Fish Market restaurant, which opened in 2019 in Brooklyn. Two years of work were necessary to give life to this titanic address, spread over three levels, offering several tasting spaces, all following the same guideline: a maritime overdose. Octopus in fresco, rock wall cut in the aquatic fashion, shell mirror – the immersion is successful. We taste there, decor obliging, seafood and other iodized dishes prepared by the chef, Alan Vargas. Lobsters, octopus, oysters … real delights of the sea with, as a bonus, the opportunity to escape, thanks to the exotic surroundings.
