Halfway between the Sacré Coeur and the lively streets of Pigalle, chef Senda David Waguena offers an initiatory journey that mixes the different cultures that he embodies: Togolese touches first, in reference to his country of origin, but also Italian notes – he lived in Venice, from where he brought back a passion for seafood and the recipe for an incredible tiramisu – and some Japanese references. The cocktails, made with homemade syrups, finally reveal the chef’s full creative palette.
