69 rooms, four restaurants, a swimming pool and a spa… Tell the Maybourne group that it is big enough to have a new indirizzo with a mozzafiato view of the Mediterranean, it will gradually take its door in November 2021, it will be ready. The building was built by Jean-Michel Wilmotte, his designer Pierre Yovanovitch and Studio BOS designed the interior decoration, inspired by the artistic history of the region. For the sake of cooking, stellar chef Mauro Colagreco presents two specialties: a gourmet restaurant, “Ceto”, and a Mediterranean brasserie, “Riviera”.
