Sixty-nine rooms, four restaurantsSixty-nine rooms, four restaurants, two swimming pools and a spa... It's an understatement to say that the Maybourne Riviera group has pulled out all the stops for this new address, which has just opened its doors with a breathtaking view of the Mediterranean. While the building was designed by Jean-Michel Wilmotte, the interior was created by designers Pierre Yovanovitch and BOS Studio, drawing inspiration from the region's artistic history. On the kitchen side, three-starred chef Mauro Colagreco heads up two restaurants: the gourmet "Ceto" and the Mediterranean "Riviera" brasserie.
