Alma Berrow, a 29-year-old London-based ceramicist, gained recognition during the lockdown period by bringing everyday objects to life.

Inspired by human relationships and simple pleasures, her ceramics, full of humor and a touch of kitsch, tell us genuine stories. Ashtray, burnt-out cigarettes, used condom, oysters… The morning after a champagne-fueled party? Every detail of her creations offers us the chance to imagine scenes from life or experience a moment of déjà vu. It's no wonder she went viral on Instagram during a time when everything was off-limits. Since then, her works have been exhibited at the Timothy Taylor Gallery and Yvon Lambert, as well as at Sotheby's as part of the "(Women) Artists" sale last May. An artist to watch!
