It was during her travels that Clara conceived Karla Sutra. A creative project that aims to restore sensuality to its rightful place in public view. Inspired by the Mediterranean, the young artist immersed herself in the art of mosaic and tile, creating her own iconographic language. Scenes of "illusionistic revelry" that, through a play of mirrors and geometric composition, deceive our perception and titillate our senses. Since her beginnings with posters plastered in the streets, Karla Sutra has followed her guiding thread, sensuality, to discover new mediums. After the urban space, she infiltrates our homes through the culinary world. The sensual work with clay led her to imagine a collection of tableware. "Surprise plates" that, with each bite, allow us to gradually discover subtle erotic scenes. Without preconceived notions or constraints, the artist explores this subject with precision. After ceramics and her silk creations with the Palme brand, she designed a tableware collection with Amélie Pichard and explored the medium of glass. Could this be Karla Sutra's next artistic direction? Time will tell…
