What if a Mercedes airbag, once recycled, became a streetwear outfit?

This is what the German carmaker has made possible by inviting designer Heron Preston into its workshops. Child's play for the man who made a name for himself in 2016 with his 100% upcycled fashion show, and who shares the same sustainable development values with Mercedes-Benz. The result of their collaboration is "Airbag", a collection comprising three outfits for men and women. A nod to the raw material: its technology has also been recycled, enabling the garment to inflate on demand.
