Ischia, the best of the boot

In reference to the volcanic island in the Gulf of Naples, the media chef Cyril Lignac opened Ischia at the beginning of the summer, where he serves his personal interpretation of Italian gastronomy. In place of his first restaurant, Le Quinzième, the decor is designed by the architectural duo Studio KO, with warm colors, such as terracotta and ochre. The menu includes a number of Italian cuisine favorites, from pizzettes to share, baba and panna cotta, gnocchi, veal escalope Milanese, and focaccia.
