“Salgado Amazônia,” the exhibitionofthe famous photographer Sebastião Salgado at the Philharmonie de Paris, offers us an immersive journey into the Brazilian Amazon, discovering its indigenous peoples and the diversity of its forest. An intense experience accompanied by a soundtrack specially created by Jean-Michel Jarre.
This exhibition retraces seven years of human experiences and expeditions on land and water, with views from the sky, by the famous Brazilian photographer Sebastião Salgado and his wife, Lélia Wanick Salgado.

Two hundred photos that reveal to us, with strength and depth, the forest, the rivers, the mountains, the peoples, and the richness of their culture, inviting us to safeguard this priceless heritage of humanity.
