Music platforms, podcasts, YouTube … ASMR content is available everywhere, sometimes even for free. Relax to the sound of the waves rolling in on a beach, work in the hushed atmosphere of a library or, more playfully, escape into the world of Lord of the Rings to disconnect after work.
