François Perret’s pastries arrive at the Ritz

World-renowned pastry chef François Perret is moving to the Ritz on rue de Cambon to open his very first pastry store.

This comes naturally after the success of his “Petit Comptoir à patisseries” last May, which sold between 400 and 500 pastries a day, as well as the “Petit Comptoir de Noël” at Place Vendôme, which Parisians loved.

The space that replaces the Ritz Bar will now be the Ritz Paris Le Comptoir and will serve three different sandwiches, madeleines with melting hearts, marbled cake, milk Ritz, and chocolate bars … on a long, white, molded counter. Starting June 7th, from morning to evening, you can sit under the sixty-piece ceiling lamp, made of blown Bohemian crystal, in this precious setting and warm atmosphere.
