Naturaliste : Alain Ducasse in natural and at home

Are healthy and colorful dishes the secret to happiness ? This is the promise made by Naturaliste, the new brand created by chef Alain Ducasse and entrepreneur Nicolas Camart, which offers natural and committed cuisine delivered to your home.  

Fresh, healthy, plant-based and natural dishes, to take away or delivered in Paris, this is the recipe of Naturaliste, the new brand created by Alain Ducasse. Naturaliste is a culinary philosophy that the chef developed and imagined with the talent of the chef Romain Meder, at the Plaza Athénée in 2014, with the idea of bringing naturalness into everyday cooking and putting vegetables and cereals back at the center of our diet. He has thus banned meat from all his menus. Wishing to make naturalness accessible to as many people as possible, Alain Ducasse launched Naturaliste with entrepreneur Nicolas Camart a few months ago. The brand advocates a creative and committed cuisine, and aims to be ethical and anti-gaspi : it works with small, passionate local producers, ensuring respect for people and the environment. In the end, the menu is limited to the essentials, with only four starters, four main courses and four desserts, all essentially composed of vegetables and cereals, sometimes combined with marine animal proteins. Short circuits and raw products are favored, as are the flavors sought after.

The dishes are prepared in the kitchens of Alain Ducasse’s restaurant, Aux Lyonnais, by Peruvian chef Marvic Medina. One can thus taste a coffee-infused mushroom velouté, a lentil bolognese with ricotta or a carrot ceviche, perfumed with coriander. If the presentation of the dishes makes your mouth water, the desserts will delight you. For the more gourmet, Naturaliste proposes a soy milk chocolate mousse or a caramel milk emulsion, accompanied by its crushed peanuts. A sweetness that can even be found in drinks, notably with a maceration of pears with ginger and cinnamon. At Naturaliste, we can say that all tastes are allowed! The vegetable becomes a culinary delight with each dish. The little extra? Everything is delivered in recyclable packaging, made from sugar cane pulp. A natural cuisine that satisfies the planet as much as our taste buds.
