Acumen Magazine Galerie Joseph presents you the address of the month: Chez Mr.T. A mix of street food and gastronomy.
A stone’s throw from the Candelaria and Café Charlot, this trendy, gourmet spot offers a cuisine with urban inspiration.
Conceived by Guillaume Guedj, to whom we also owe the Gyoza Bar, in collaboration with Enguerrand Cantegrel and chef Tsuyoshi Miyazaki. Both of whom met at the famous Passage 53, Mr. T is a real success to be tested without delay.
With its wooden tables, its tapas bar and its gourmet snacks, this address makes sparkles!
The best seat is at the counter, where you can watch chef Tsuyoshi Miyazaki, alias Mr. T, concoct dishes ranging from the classic to the boldes! Kebab, tacos, burgers and Mac&Cheese are served in a funky atmosphere. You’ll discover a mix of explosive flavors with creative dishes, such as flame-burned mackerel with a creamy burrata, faux filet of beef with horseradish twist and chorizo or even a black smokey burger.
Cocktails are no less enjoyable: try the Mexican Mule, tequila infused with pineapple and coriander, the Colada Sour, rum infused with roasted coconut or the Mr. T, their best-selling mezcal infusion.
Mr. T is a sublime bistro cuisine, with a gourmet and accessible menu.
Lunch formula at 28€, à la carte and a tasting menu option at dinner in 5 courses at 69€ (with the possibility of matching the dishes with glasses of wine and cocktails – 35€)
Open from Wednesday to Sunday, noon and evening.
