Starred chefs continue to delight us Thanks to Click and Collect

This period of quarantine pushed us to question our consumption habits. French people went back to their kitchen and have revived a taste for home cooking. But we are far from starred chefs!

To  delight lovers of sophisticated dishes, some Parisian restaurants, managed by starred chefs, have reopened.
A real boon for gourmets !
Who will not hesitate to get out of the kitchen. Also, feast on dishes simmered by the starred chefs of the capital.

Acumen Galerie Joseph put together a selection of renowned tables of starred chefs that have launched takeout or delivery menus.

A responsible approach with Jean & his Grandma

Jean Imbert and his charismatic grandmother announce the reopening of Mamie restaurant in the 16th arrondissement.
They offer two packed lunches consisting of recipes from the restaurant.  Delivered directly to your door, concocted with quality and seasonal products.
Fatty and Porto wine, burrata with arugula pesto, grilled rice, citrus jam, chocolate mousse with caramelized pecan, and other comfort foods.

You are neighbors of the restaurant, you can pick up your order on the spot between 12h and 12h30 for the midday service. And between 18h and 18h30 for the evening service.

For deliveries to Paris and Boulogne at a price of 10 euros, and the near suburbs at a price of 15 €.

Stéphanie Le Quellec: La scène, a new curtain that rises

The doubly starred chef returns to the front of the stage! She turns on the spotlights of her kitchen, and offers her dishes for delivery or pick-up.
Each week the chef reveals a new act with gourmet flavors, and seduces lovers of gastronomy through a revisited, creative and seasonal bistro cuisine. Between supreme poultry, red curry, and old gouda, the backstage will be just as dazzling as the stage.
Besides, since we have become used to cooking, Le Quellec gives you back the reply with a bag full of products and recipes so that you can finally play your role of chef.

Orders must be ordered no later than 4:30 p.m. the day before on the La scène website.
Deliveries are made between 11:30 a.m. and 3:30 p.m. and takeaways between 11:30 a.m. and 1 p.m.
If you exceptionally want a particular dish, the restaurant invites you to contact them 3 days in advance by telephone on 01 42 65 05 61.

Julia Sedefdjian doesn’t yet offer delivery, but you are going to throw yourself on the takeaway dishes of the youngest star chef in France. Plates full of tapas, and a menu inspired by its Nice origins, as well as Creole dishes that recall the Martinican roots of her partners: Sébastien Jean-Joseph and Grégory Anelka. Roasted cod, smoked sausage, fregola sarda, as well as Creole sausage … You will be seduced.

Actually,  the takeaway is only pre-order, so you have to order the day before to pick up your dish.
