Marion Bataillard - Il va pleuvoir

Fruitful artist

Marion Bataillard unveils her works as early as 2007, in collective exhibitions first. But it’s in Berlin, capital of European avant-garde, that she’s offered her very first own space for personal expression. Thus, STYX Project becomes the first place to produce the young graphic designer for herself, in 2009. Since then, she unswerving experiments new ways to live her vocation, in artist residencies, or in personal or collective shows.

La Jeunesse

Living colours

Paris, Vienna, Berlin or Beijing have herewith received the sensitive, embodied creations of Marion Bataillard. Bodies are naked, sacrificial, as she gets Point Contemporain to know. Lust is raw, as lightwork ; and both raise, with a rather unique unspoken gentleness, her love for this strange truth she waters us. Mindful of this fringe the human soul moves on, she deliberately unsettles our mindset.

Exposition Inévitables clairières amies

In Paris’ very heart

And which showroom would better fit the Inévitables Clairières Amies author than the Froissart gallery ? The 300 squared meters of this unconventional space in the Marais neighbourhood, set only a few steps away from Filles du Calvaire and Saint-Sébastien-Froissart subway stations, will perfectly bring painter’s work out. Raw stones and sweet shades will subtly marry to make this exhibition an out-of-time moment, an peculiar area for mindfulness. Vernissage is set in May 28th, 2019, from 6pm.
